The 18 movements of this Qigong set are:

Class Structure
All classes start with a gentle warm up session. Each day one of the Qigong Mode & Tai Chi Posture Requirements will be demonstrated in detail. The Shibashi Form will be taught in detail from beginning to end and will end off with a cooling down session to calm the Qi and make the body ready for the rest of the day.
