Tai Chi Qigong - Shibashi Set 2

 Qigong Mode Requirements

The 18 movements of this Qigong set are:

  • All the benefits of the Shibashi 1st set,
  • Plus,
  • Opening up of the meridians in the legs
  • Improves balance and enhances body co-ordination
  • Improves the ability to endure longer Zhan Zhuang (standing qigong)
  • Helps achieve deep meditation when sitting cross legged
  • More endurance

Class Structure

All classes start with a gentle warm up session. Each week one of the Qigong Mode & Tai Chi Posture Requirements will be demonstrated in detail. The Shibashi Form will be learnt in detail from beginning to end and will end off with a cooling down session to calm the Qi and make the body ready for the rest of the day.
